People Profilers is seeking a Director of Semiconductor Operations (DPS) to spearhead our mission in Bali, Indonesia. As the Director of Semiconductor Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our semiconductor manufacturing and distribution processes. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize supply chain logistics, and ensure seamless execution of production strategies to meet global demand. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will have the opportunity to work in a culturally rich and innovative setting while driving impactful change.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $12,000 – $17,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and a talented, international team. Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality in semiconductor manufacturing and distribution.
- End-to-End Accountability: Oversee all aspects of operations, including production planning, supply chain management, quality control, and customer delivery.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and reduce waste.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining consistent product quality and on-time delivery.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols in all operational activities.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, forecast expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and senior management, to align operational goals with business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of semiconductor production processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale operational projects, from planning to execution, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, Lean Six Sigma, and other operational tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams through change and growth.
