Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety, health, and environmental (SHE) protocols on-site.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and Keppel Corporationās policies.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in site management, project execution, or construction leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SHE standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance in the engineering sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
