Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and risk assessments to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering challenges during construction and maintenance phases.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to optimize facility upkeep and minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or maintenance engineering.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
