Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute electrical projects efficiently and within budget.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and contractors on electrical safety and best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of electrical services.
Qualifications
- Certified AO Chargeman (A4 or A3 license) recognized by the Malaysian or Indonesian electrical authority.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical system maintenance, installation, or inspection.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing electrical issues.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as required.
