Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems for clients in Bali.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and recommendations for improvements.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and junior engineers as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all field operations.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment required for service calls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles or equipment.
