Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including documentation of site activities, challenges, and solutions.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Mentor and supervise junior site staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA, SMSTS) are highly desirable.
