Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and integrate semiconductor manufacturing processes to enhance yield, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to evaluate process parameters and their impact on product performance.
- Analyze process data using statistical tools and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
- Support the transfer of new processes from development to high-volume manufacturing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot process deviations, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration, fabrication, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, CMP, implantation).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, MATLAB, or Excel) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and metrology tools is a plus.
