Responsibility
- Assist engineers in sustaining and optimizing production line operations to ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to uphold operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
- Document and report production metrics, equipment status, and any anomalies to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Support the setup, calibration, and testing of production equipment as needed.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of production line operations, manufacturing processes, or electronics assembly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with engineers and operators.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, or equipment manuals is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shift patterns (including nights, weekends, or holidays) as required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry tools).
