Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end M&E construction project management, from planning and design coordination to execution, testing, and handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international M&E standards (e.g., NEC, IEE, ASHRAE) and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align M&E systems with project requirements and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving technical or logistical challenges proactively to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in M&E project management, with a focus on industrial or large-scale construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar M&E projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of M&E systems design, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical installations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project scopes.
