Responsibility
- Assist in production line operations, including assembly, testing, and packaging of manufactured goods.
- Support quality control processes by conducting inspections, documenting defects, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Participate in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment support, employee onboarding, and training coordination.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks under supervision, adhering to safety and precision standards.
- Contribute to process documentation and maintain accurate records of production metrics, incidents, and resolutions.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in cross-functional team meetings and present findings or recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.g., ISO), or welding techniques is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic technical software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on, practical setting.
- Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and PPE usage is advantageous.
