Responsibility
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, including patient assessment, monitoring, and recovery support.
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage patient registration, medical documentation, and electronic health records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, payment processing, and insurance coordination.
- Provide compassionate patient education on surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for all procedures.
- Uphold Raffles Medical Group’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and certification in surgical nursing (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in surgical nursing, operating room (OR), or peri-operative care.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, infection control, and surgical instrumentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in medical software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and critical thinking.
