Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of caregiver support programs tailored to the needs of Bali’s diverse communities.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the capability and capacity of caregivers through training, resources, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, NGOs, and government agencies to align caregiving services with regional and national standards.
- Identify gaps in existing caregiving services and propose innovative solutions to address unmet needs.
- Monitor program performance, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvements to ensure high-quality care.
- Advocate for caregiver rights and well-being by engaging with policymakers and community leaders.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost-effective delivery of caregiving initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive caregiving ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, healthcare management, or caregiving services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful community-based or healthcare programs.
- Strong understanding of caregiving challenges, elderly care, or disability support systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze data, measure program impact, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
