Responsibility
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications based on doctor’s prescriptions.
- Verify patient information and prescription details to ensure correctness.
- Provide clear, professional advice to customers regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory of pharmaceutical products.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process insurance claims efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
