Responsibility
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe operating environment.
- Prepare and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before and after procedures.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and conditions throughout the surgical process.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and emotional support.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the surgical team.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in critical situations during surgeries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of surgical procedures and patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Nurse or in an operating room setting.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to surgical care.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in surgical nursing.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
