In this role, you will work closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges in children. Responsibility
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for children to identify developmental, emotional, or behavioral concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions for children and their families, using evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other professionals to ensure holistic care for children.
- Educate parents and caregivers on child development, parenting strategies, and mental health awareness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in child psychology.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Child Psychology.
- Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories, psychological assessment tools, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to ethical professional standards.
