Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in various settings (inpatient, acute care, community, and ward).
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to improve patient care services and operational workflows.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures to uphold patient and staff well-being.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, reduce wait times, and improve clinical outcomes.
- Represent the healthcare facility in community outreach programs and professional networks to promote health awareness and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant healthcare authority in Indonesia (or eligibility for registration).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in budget management, staff scheduling, and resource allocation in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
