Responsibility
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary supplies.
- Manage patient records and update electronic health systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and handle administrative tasks to support clinic workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with basic medical procedures, such as wound dressing, specimen collection, or ECG setup under supervision.
- Monitor and restock clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to healthcare protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistance, or related fields is a plus.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply – on-the-job training provided.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
