Responsibility
- Provide primary healthcare services to employees, including first aid, wound care, and emergency response.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations to ensure workforce well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
- Collaborate with safety teams to develop and implement health and safety protocols.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices, including injury prevention and hygiene.
- Manage on-site medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
- Assist in workplace injury investigations and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
- Participate in health promotion programs and initiatives to enhance employee wellness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in occupational health or industrial settings.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of occupational health regulations and mining industry safety standards.
- Willingness to work in a remote or industrial environment.
