Responsibility
- Assist medical staff in daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record management.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both digital and physical, in compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient care.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management of clinic supplies.
- Assist in preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated with healthcare best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Proficiency in using medical software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures is an advantage.
