Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics personnel, providing training and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.
- Optimize warehouse space and layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues in shipments or inventory in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
