Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize operational costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production delays or defects and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations in all production activities.
- Utilize data-driven approaches (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage raw material inventory and supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the oleochemical, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
