Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipment schedules and reduce delivery times.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse regulations and standards.
- Train and supervise junior warehouse staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage warehouse equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory and shipping documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems and use warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee warehouse staff.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
