Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, quality standards, and cost-effective pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement with business needs.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and optimize procurement costs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and procurement platforms is a plus.
