Responsibility
- Assist in daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, documentation, and coordination with vendors.
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, updating databases, and ensuring accuracy in records.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
- Prepare and organize reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Participate in supply chain planning by analyzing demand forecasts and assisting in procurement activities.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
- Assist in warehouse organization, including labeling, storage optimization, and safety compliance.
- Engage in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project progress and contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory systems, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
