Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of demand forecasting models to anticipate market trends and customer needs.
- Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely product availability while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of planners, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee inventory management, including safety stock levels, reorder points, and supplier lead times.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in demand planning tools and technologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
