Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of motorized sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and route plans to maximize coverage and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on daily sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders in assigned territories.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical or customer service issues in the field.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches in the region.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions using company tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, team leadership, or field sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a mobile sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geographic regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to ride a motorbike and possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C).
- Proficient in using sales tracking software, CRM tools, or mobile apps for reporting.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
