Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and team motivation.
- Develop, train, and mentor retail staff to enhance performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a premium in-store experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, product display, and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in luxury or home textiles.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Passion for luxury products, home decor, and customer service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
