Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, signage, and visual displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local labor laws
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in hardware or home improvement sector
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ employees
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer skills including POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in multicultural environments is highly desirable
