Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve department performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the retail environment.
- Collaborate with other department managers and store leadership to align on business objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in FMCG or supermarket settings.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
