Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting mobile accessories and smartphones that meet their needs, providing expert advice and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit card payments, and digital wallets.
- Manage inventory, including restocking products, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and accessories to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile accessories, smartphones, or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and related technology trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
