Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring products are displayed neatly and available for customers.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately and securely.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking shipments, verifying stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10kg, and perform store maintenance tasks.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a strong work ethic.
