Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are well-maintained.
- Promote sales through upselling, cross-selling, and highlighting promotional offers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required—full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
