Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about products and promotions.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Follow company policies regarding security and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
