Responsibility
- Ensure optimal product availability and stock levels in assigned retail stores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Design and implement visually appealing product displays to enhance customer attraction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishments.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in using merchandising tools and inventory management systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key retail locations.
