Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with packaging and shipping standards to maintain product integrity.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, cost savings, inventory turnover).
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply chain strategies.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of packaging, shipping, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for vendor and team coordination.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
