Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to contract negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
- Monitor and report on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement practices.
- Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
