Responsibility
- Conduct time studies and analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
- Establish and maintain labor standards to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering, logistics) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
- Train and mentor team members on Lean methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Lean manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
- Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and time study techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments is highly desirable.
