Responsibility
- Monitor, validate, and report raw material inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Track and analyze procurement budgets, costs, and production metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for cost-effective sourcing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and align procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements in procurement workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, spend analysis, and supplier evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and raw material specifications is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
