Responsibility
- Process purchase requests and source potential vendors to meet company requirements.
- Prepare and manage procurement documents, including Delivery Receipts (DRs), Invoices, and Purchase Request Forms (PRFs).
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
