As a Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and liaising with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals. Based in the vibrant Benoi Sector, this position provides a dynamic work environment with a standard Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory and procurement.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of product excellence.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline shipping and distribution processes.
- Resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and delays.
- Assist in budgeting and cost-control measures for production operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production environment.
