Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
- Monitor job progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Optimize production workflows to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align production capacity with business needs.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth production operations.
- Utilize ERP or production management software to track inventory, orders, and job statuses.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or operations management.
- Proven expertise in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
