Responsibility
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics best practices.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
