Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with international quality and safety regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance, QA) to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes.
- Prepare and present production reports, including output metrics, downtime analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving production efficiency in an MNC or large-scale manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and production planning tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
