Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and workflow continuity.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, machinery, and materials) to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on production performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to align production plans with supplier capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and manufacturing regulations is advantageous.
