Responsibility
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision to support production lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and logistics targets.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in stock management as required.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; no formal degree required.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or factory operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
