Responsibility
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure on-time, high-quality production that meets or exceeds targets.
- Develop and implement strategic production plans, aligning resources, timelines, and budgets for optimal efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including supervisors, engineers, and quality assurance staff, to foster collaboration and operational synergy.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
- Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation through training, mentorship, and performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in production management within the manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale production teams and achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
- Strong knowledge of production planning (MRP/ERP), quality control systems (ISO, TQM), and safety standards (OSHA, HSE).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and manufacturing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (automation, IoT, AI-driven manufacturing) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
