Responsibility
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move, locate, and relocate stock.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments with accuracy, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to 5S standards for safety and productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, reporting issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and coordinating with drivers for seamless logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong physical stamina to lift/move items up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to minimize errors in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime or shift work as needed.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for team coordination.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents) is advantageous.
