Responsibility
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to align with demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee material requirements planning (MRP) to guarantee on-time procurement and production scheduling.
- Analyze logistics and distribution networks to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to streamline inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory turnover.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of MRP, JIT (Just-in-Time), and Lean principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or APICS are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
