Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement budgets and reduce costs.
- Track and analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or operations management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
