Responsibility
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock while preventing shortages, utilizing demand forecasting and data-driven insights.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including import/export laws and sustainability standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements in Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
